Beautification Committeee
The Beautification Committee allows residents to be directly involved in projects that promote a positive natural image of Heartland. Our goal is to identify and enhance the visible appearance of Heartland and educate residents on the many "green" options available to them.

Crime Prevention Committee
The mission of Heartland’s Crime Prevention Committee is: “To deter criminal activity and increase the public's perception of safety within Heartland.” This is accomplished through visibility, education and communication.
Heartland’s Block Captain and Citizens on Patrol Programs are focused on maintaining sound public relations within the community. Our ongoing goals have been building and maintaining relationships with local law enforcement agencies and the continuance of public crime prevention education.
The Crime Prevention Committee is made up of residents throughout Heartland that are committed to protecting the property and residents of the community.
Our goal is to observe and report any suspicious activity that may be deemed harmful for the community and its residents as well as participate in approved Association programs that enhance the safety of Heartland.
