Rules and Guidelines
Deadline April 30, 2010
To register
- Visit the Association office or call (972) 564-1511 and provide:
- Your name, address and phone number.
- Name of the person you are referring, the builder they will be signing with and the city they are moving from.
- Residents must register the referring party PRIOR to the signing of a sales contract.
- Effective Monday, December 7, 2009, a resident referral is only valid for payment if the buyer is not using a realtor.
Once registered:
- Developer will verify the registered referral date and the sales contract date with the builder and Association staff.
- The referring resident must submit a completed W-9 to the Association office.
- Referral payments are made by the developer after the perspecitive buyer's closing occurs and verification of the referral is complete. It may take up to 8 weeks post closing of the new homeowner.
