Ad Policies

We strive to support a positive advertising ecosystem that's trustworthy and transparent for readers and advertisers. The purpose of these policies is to help you build a successful ad campaign that aligns with our advertising policies listed below. These policies are designed to ensure a safe and positive experience for our users and to abide by applicable laws. This means that our policies prohibit content that is harmful to users and the overall advertising ecosystem.

Branding

When submitting a flyer that features your business branding, please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure it meets professional standards. By following these guidelines, we ensure that your flyer will be both visually professional, appealing, and will effectively promote your business.

  • Simplicity and Clean Design: Your flyer should have a clean and simple design. Avoid clutter and excessive details that can overwhelm the viewer. A minimalist approach helps in conveying your message more effectively.
  • Essential Information Only: Include only the most pertinent information on the flyer. This typically includes your business name, logo, a brief description of your services or products, and contact details.
  • Additional Information: Any additional details that are not crucial for the flyer should be placed on your business website or social media pages. This helps keep the flyer focused and easy to read.
  • Hyperlinking: Your flyer will be hyperlinked to either your business website or social media page, depending on the information you provide. Ensure that the link you choose directs viewers to a page where they can find more comprehensive information about your business.
  • Avoid Overloading: Flyers that are too busy or overloaded with information will not be accepted. Overloading can detract from the main message and make the flyer less effective.

If you are legally authorized to use copyrighted content to advertise, please provide proof by emailing Heartlandtx@ccmcn.net.

We want users to trust the ads on our platform. Heartland strives to ensure ads are clear and honest and provide the information that users need to make informed decisions.
