Assessments

Assessment payments are due every February 1 and August 1. To accomplish the many tasks for which it is responsible, the Association must have operating funds for daily maintenance, repairs, and administration, as well as adequate reserve funds for major repairs or replacements for common property.

Why do Homeowners Pay an Assessment?

These payments are crucial for the Heartland community, as they help repair Heartland property, maintain common areas, support lifestyle events, enhance communications, and much more. Please review the 2026 budget to see how your contributions are being allocated. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us. The CCMC Heartland onsite team is here to provide complete transparency and assist with any inquiries you may have.

When is the Deadline to Pay?

Homeowners have up to 30 days to make the payment before late fees are accrued. This means the payment for February 1, 2026, must be made in full by March 3, 2026 to avoid late fees and any additional charges. If you need more time to pay, please contact our office to discuss payment options.

Townhome Owners
Townhome owners are billed monthly because they are responsible for both the Master Association assessment and an additional Townhome assessment that funds the exterior maintenance of their homes, such as landscaping. Paying monthly helps ensure steady funding for these services and keeps maintenance on schedule, so it’s important that all townhome owners stay current on their accounts. Review the Townhomes Maintenance Responsibility chart below.
