CCMC Staff

CCMC proudly provides professional community management services to the Heartland Community Association. Founded in 1973, we’ve managed large-scale communities and their many components for decades. Our team members’ commitment to excellence and willingness to innovate are achieved through our core values of Integrity, Respect, Service, and Community. At CCMC, we aim to revolutionize large-scale community management by inspiring meaningful experiences for residents and team members. We build community by bringing people together in the neighborhoods where they live and the offices where we work. Simply put, we create experiences that connect people. Partnership and communication are key components of achieving our mission and purpose. We encourage residents to share their experiences on where we’re excelling and how we can improve. CCMC is contracted to manage the day-to-day operations of the Heartland Community Association. The responsibilities of the team include implementing the policies set by the Board of Directors, managing the contracted service agreements and financial aspects of the Association, and upholding the governing documents and design guidelines. This team also leads lifestyle experiences, including community events, groups, clubs, and communications.

A community is more than a collection of homes. We've built a community by connecting residents, their associations, neighborhood leaders, the surrounding area, and our team. We’re committed to building relationships by bringing people together in the neighborhoods where they live and in the offices where we work. We take pride in ensuring that each community we serve feels like home. Every day, we demonstrate just how different a community association management company can be. We do so not only through our words and commitment to a service-first philosophy but also through the faces, smiles, and togetherness of residents in the communities we serve. We can realize our vision for community life only through the meaningful engagements of our residents.

The Heartland Association office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
