Trash Service

We are excited to introduce a new trash service to the Heartland Community.

Ecowaste has proudly served communities across Texas for years, building a reputation for reliability, responsiveness, and neighborly customer care. We’re confident they will be a great fit for our community and look forward to a strong partnership.

What to Expect During the Transition:

The week of May 18th – May 22nd: EcoWaste will be delivering your new trash carts. Please do not use the new carts until June 1. If you have questions during this process, please call EcoWaste Customer Service at 903-839-1800 or 800-839-1800 or email ecowastesol.com.
The week of May 25th - May 29th: Waste Connections will be picking up their trash carts as they pick up trash along their route.

Weekly Bulk Trash – In order to limit the number of heavy trucks traveling the streets, please call or email EcoWaste Customer Service the day before your regular trash service day to let them know you have bulk trash to be picked up.

Bulk Trash will still be limited to 3 cubic yards. If your bulk trash is larger than 3 cubic yards there will be a fee for the excess bulk trash.
