Acknowledgment of Rules & Regulations

Mobile Amenity Access
Please visit the Mobile Amenity Access page to learn how to access amenities such as the pools and fitness center. Residents will need to complete the required waivers to receive their activation email from Sentry to begin using the Alarm.com app; if you have already submitted the waivers but have not received the email, please contact our office for assistance.
Mailbox Keys
If your home does not have a curbside mailbox, you will need mailbox keys to access the unit boxes for your USPS mail. You can pick up your mailbox keys at the Heartland Association office Monday - Friday, from 9 AM - 5 PM. Please bring your closing documents and a valid photo ID.
New Owner Orientation
Welcome home to Heartland. We hope you will plan to attend this quick and easy orientation to meet your onsite management team and new neighbors and learn about your new community. Please note only one (1) household member is required to attend, but we welcome the entire family.
Guests Pool Access
Yes! You can invite your guests to enjoy the pool with you during pool season, but make sure to register them first. Here is what you need to know:
- Responsibility: Homeowners are responsible for their guests' actions.
- Accompaniment: Homeowners must remain with their guests at all times. If you leave the pool area, your guests must leave with you. Guests are not to be left unattended.
- Compliance: Amenity access may be revoked if a guest does not follow the Heartland amenity rules (posted at the pools) or if a homeowner leaves their guests unattended.
Request Trash Carts
Whether you are new to the neighborhood or have lived here for over 10 years and need a trash bin, you can purchase a new one or request a replacement bin here. Simply use the form below to start the process.
Trash bins are provided by Waste Connections and will be delivered to your home on Wednesdays. To ensure delivery by Wednesday, please complete the digital form by 2:30 PM (CST) on Tuesday. Forms submitted after 2:30 PM on Tuesdays will receive their bin the following week.
Tip: Once you have your trash bin(s), be sure to write your property address on them using a large Sharpie. This way, the Association can identify your bin and return it in case it goes missing.

Photo ID Badge Guidelines
Your photo ID badge awaits! Before completing this form, please review these guidelines to ensure your photo meets the criteria. Any photos submitted that do not meet the requirements will not be accepted. This form will become available closer to pool season in May).
Guidelines:
- No selfies
- No group photos
- No photo collages
- Clear, high-quality photo of the individual
- Smile! You'll have your ID Badge in no time
- Physical photos and scanned IDs will not be accepted
- Hands and fingers should not cover the person's face
- No face coverings such as sunglasses, masks, costumes, etc.
- The photo must be current (taken within the last 30-60 days)
- Only the individual who needs the photo ID badge should be photographed
