We are excited to provide amenity access to Heartland residents and guests.
 
As you make your way around Heartland, you will find a variety of amenities:
  • Heartland Park Pool
  • Oasis Pool
  • Oasis Fitness Center
  • Heartland Pickle Ball Court
Please start the process by downloading the alarm.com app

Please note: If your waiver has already been completed and you have your mobile amenity access set up, you DO NOT need to complete a new waiver! 
 
If you experience issues with your credentials, or have not received your access email from Sentry Security Solutions, please contact the Heartland Management Office and we will be happy to help you address the issue!

Homeowner

Do you own your home in Heartland?
 
Do you have a child between the ages of 14-17 who want to gain access?
  • Each child in the household, between the ages of 14-17, requires a parent/guardian to fill out their Minor Waiver and Release Form.  
  • The parent/guardian of the child is also responsible for submitting a Youth ID Request Form (can pick up from HOA office).
 

Tenant/Renter

Are you renting/tenant in your home?
 
Do you have a child between the ages of 14-17 who need access?
  • Each child in the household, between the ages of 14-17, requires a parent/guardian to fill out their Minor Waiver and Release Form.  
  • The parent/guardian of the child is also responsible for submitting a Youth ID Request Form (can pick up from HOA office).

  • Heartland residents are allowed up to four guests per household. Fill out the Guest Registration Form - one form per guest.

Have you previously received your credential, but are experiencing an issue (expired/missing link, credential stopped working, new phone, updated lease, etc)?
