Architectural Requests
If you are planning an exterior change, you are in the right place! To preserve the safety, aesthetics, and quality of life for homes, all exterior modifications or improvements to your home require prior approval from the Heartland Community Association.
What's Considered a Modification?
If your project includes any structure attached to your home or involves electrical, plumbing, or mechanical components, it likely requires both a permit and inspection.
