JaCo Utility Construction Project – Legend Trail Area

As part of the ongoing optimum fiber optics process, JaCo Utility Construction is scheduled to begin work on Legend Trail. This will begin the next phase of their fiber optics installation. The official start date is still to be determined. Before construction, JaCo will distribute door hangers with contact information for residents directly affected by the work. This process will include additional utility locates, equipment staging, and eventually fiber line installation. Residents may notice increased activity in the area as crews prepare for and carry out this work. For questions or concerns, please contact Toby Wall at 214-755-8721. Utility line locates will be performed by the respective providers:
Water: Inframark will mark water lines using paint on curbs and streets.
Gas, AT&T, and Electric: These providers will place flags in yards to indicate line locations.
Initial construction will begin on the following streets:
- Legend Trail
- Long Forest Road
- Princess Point Court
- Sandalwood Court
- Dragonfly Court
- Danibelle Drive
