  • How long should I expect to wait to get my credential email?
    • Waivers will be reviewed within 24 - 48 hours of submission on weekdays, and the next business day for any forms submitted over the weekend
  • If I already have my mobile credential do I need to submit a new waiver?
    • Nope! If you have your credential set up there is no need to submit a new waiver! If you have an issue with your credential you can submit the Mobile Amenity Reactivation Form and someone from the management team will be happy to help you get the issue resolved.

  • What if I have an overdue balance on my account?
    • To enjoy access to Heartland amenities, homeowner accounts must be in good standing. To learn more about assessments and how to pay, please visit the Assessments page.
  • Can I share my credential with family members or other people that live in my house?
    • No, credentials are unique to each user and device, meaning they cannot be shared with other residents or friends. Anyone 18+ living in the house is responsible for submitting their own waiver to receive access to amenities. Youth 14-17 must have the proper waiver submitted by their parent/guardian and must have a youth ID.
  • I got a new phone/I never received a link/my link says it's expired/my lease expired and we renewed/my access was paused because of a past due balance and we have paid/I had access and it is no longer working. Should I submit another waiver?
    • No, a new waiver should only be completed if someone from the management team asks you to submit a waiver again. For any issues once you have already submitted a waiver you'll need to complete the Mobile Amenity Reactivation Form.
