Heartland's Gratitude Giveaway

We understand that being a homeowner can sometimes be challenging and overwhelming. That's why we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the go-getters, the doers, and the hard workers who prioritize maintaining their homes. Keeping your home, especially your yard, in top shape is not only about enhancing its beauty but also ensuring that your property values remain high. Your dedication to maintaining the exterior of your home contributes significantly to the overall charm and value of the Heartland community.

In December 2024, the Association began writing appreciation letters to homeowners who consistently make efforts to maintain the exterior of their homes. If you received an appreciation letter between December 2024 and March 2025, you are eligible to be entered into Heartland's Gratitude Giveaway drawing for $250! This is our way of saying thank you for your commitment to maintaining your home and making Heartland a wonderful place to live. And if you did not receive a letter, don't worry! We will continue this opportunity throughout the year, so stay tuned to find out when you could win.

As a way to express appreciation for hardworking homeowners, Heartland staff began sending Appreciation letters in December 2024 and developed Heartland's Gratitude Giveaway program to acknowledge homeowners' hard work and reward them with a $250 gift card.
